SOYE offers free standard shipping on orders over $99 (subtotal after discounts, before tax).
We want you to love your SOYE purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.
- Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Process: To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@soye-usa.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
