14-Day Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, free of any damage, stains, odors (including smoke or perfume), or pet hair, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at erin@soye-usa.com to request a return. If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returns are free — no return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges are also free.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.
Returned items that arrive showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, missing tags, or alterations will not be accepted. In these cases, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense, or a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Sale items
Currently, we only accept returns for products purchased directly on soye-usa.com. Purchases made through retail stores or other websites must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item, and once accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or credit card company.
