Features, prices, and availability may change without notice. Colors/details can vary by display. We may correct errors (including pricing) and cancel orders placed due to obvious mistakes.
Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept by sending a Shipping Confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., inventory limits, pricing errors, fraud checks).
Shipping & Risk of Loss
Orders ship to the address you provide, subject to our shipping options/restrictions. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier.
Returns (14 Days)
SOYE accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Final-sale items are not returnable. Once received and inspected, approved returns are refunded to the original payment method (less any non-refundable shipping fees, if applicable). Start a return at erin@soye-usa.com.
Limited Warranty for Defects
If an item has a manufacturing defect, contact us promptly. This limited warranty doesn’t cover normal wear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. Remedies may include replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All Site content (designs, images, text, logos, code, etc.) is owned by SOYE or its licensors and protected by law. Do not copy, distribute, or use our content except as allowed here.
Acceptable Use
Don’t misuse the Site (e.g., scraping, hacking, bypassing security, posting unlawful or infringing content, or harassing others). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, without regard to conflicts rules. Courts located in Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction.
